INSTALLATION FAQ

Can either model replace any existing tank heater?+

Not automatically. The correct model depends on available electrical service or natural gas, expected flow, inlet temperature, venting and local code. Have a licensed professional confirm the fit.

What does “water points” mean?+

Fixtures that may draw hot water at the same time, such as a shower, bathroom sink or kitchen faucet. Actual flow varies by inlet and set temperature.

Is professional installation required?+

Professional installation is strongly recommended. The 13kW model requires a 240V/60A circuit; the natural-gas model requires suitable gas supply and safe venting.
