So because I have an older house.I did have to make sure that the electrical wiring was adequate for the mechanics of this to work.But the overall general base installation of the equipment itself is super easy.It's almost like doing an ikea furniture. The instructions were very easy to understand and everything was very simply laid out and simple to follow. I know can use this kitchen sink. The shower.And someone else can be in the other bathroom, flushing, and there is no loss of water heat. I can't wait to see how my bills will change in the coming months through use. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
I've used this for a week in an off grid cabin. It will raise the water temp from 32 f to 116 f and not all instant hot water heater can do that... It lights every single time consistently. The water temp stays absolutely stable......Seems extremely reliable!!!!!5 stars!!!!
This is a great water heater! It’s easy to set up, looks nice, and works well. It’s a good size and doesn’t take up tons of space. And I haven’t noticed any leaks. Great value for the cost.
My gas water heater went out and I was flipping out because to replace the tank style water heater was outrageous right here at Christmas! I ordered this thinking it will do until we can afford a new one. I will never spend money on another tank water heater again. We ordered this tankless for around $175 and boy was it worth the money.. a top quality water heater! Even if it only lasts a year I cannot complain! It is worth every penny and more. It doesn’t have to be hard wired for the electric parts which was a plus for us. We already had the venting hole in the wall so that made it easy… I would say if you don’t have the exhaust hole already that would be the only hard step for install. The rest was a breeze to hook up! And since I am getting older not having to get in the floor to figure out what’s going on with a tank water heater is another plus! It automatically turns on when you turn on the hot water. Super hot water.. we have it set on 120 and you can turn it up higher than that but it is not needed. Our water pressure is weird and sometimes low but we haven’t had any issues with not getting hot water so far. Would definitely recommend this water heater.
Excellent flat water heater, beautiful and compact, convenient controls, heats water quickly. Installation is simple, I managed it myself without any problems. It looks neat and doesn't take up much space. For this price, it's a great option. It fully performs its function, which is why I bought it. No unnecessary bells and whistles.
